Gay Pride Virginia relies solely upon community support to present our Annual Pride Festival in Richmond.  If your business is interested in providing services and/or goods in support of GPV, please contact one of our representatives to determine how your generous donation may be utilized most effectively.  Volunteers are always welcome!  Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.  Become a sponsor today!


Sponsorship Levels

Platinum PLUS SPONSOR - $10,000 +

 (Minimum of $7,000 cash required with the balance in in-kind products or services for events up to and including the Pride Festival.)


 As a Platinum Plus sponsor your company will receive the following:

  • Premier placement of your logo on all banners (including the large banner that will be on or near the stage at the Pride Festival), print materials, advertisements, signs, media announcements and the G.P.V. website

  • Your name and/or logo printed prominently on Pride promotional items such as t-shirts and cups

  • A full page color ad (choice of inside of the front or back cover, the back cover, or either of the center spread pages) and recognition in the Platinum Sponsorship section of the Pride Guide (4,000 copies to be printed)

  • Prime vendor space

  • Verbal recognition at all Pride related events held by G.P.V. up to and including the Pride Festival

  • Entry for 8 company employees to all Pride-related events held by G.P.V.

    • Platinum SPONSOR - $5,000 +

    (Minimum of $3,000 cash required with the balance in in-kind products or services for events up to and including the Pride Festival.)

    As a Platinum sponsor your company will receive the following:

  • Placement of your logo on all banners (including the large banner that will be on or near the stage at the Pride Festival), print materials, advertisements, signs, media announcements and the G.P.V. website

  • Your logo printed on Pride promotional items such as t-shirts and cups

  • A full page color ad and recognition in the Platinum Sponsorship section of the Pride Guide (4,000 copies to be printed)

  • Prime vendor space

  • Verbal recognition at Pride related events held by G.P.V. up to and including the Pride Festival

  • Entry for 6 company employees to all Pride-related events held by G.P.V.

    • Gold SPONSOR - $3,500 +

    (Minimum of $2,500 cash required with the balance in in-kind products or services for events up to and including the Pride Festival.)

     As a Gold sponsor your company will receive the following:

  • Placement of your logo on banners (including a small banner near the stage at the Pride Festival), print materials, advertisements, and the G.P.V. website

  • Your logo printed on designated Pride promotional items such as t-shirts and cups

  • A half page color ad and your logo printed on the sponsor page of the Pride Guide (4,000 copies to be printed)

  • Your company’s name mentioned twice from the stage during the Pride Festival

  • A vendor space

  • Entry for 4 company employees to all Pride-related events held by G.P.V.


    • Silver SPONSOR - $2,500 +

    (Entire amount due in cash) 

    As a Silver sponsor your company will receive the following: 

  • Placement of your logo on banners (including a small banner near the stage at the Pride Festival), print materials, and the G.P.V. website

  • Your logo printed on designated Pride promotional items such as t-shirts and cups

  • A half page black and white ad and your logo printed on the sponsor page of the Pride Guide (4,000 copies to be printed)

  • Your company’s name mentioned once from the stage during the Pride Festival

  • A vendor space

  • Entry for 2 company employees to all Pride-related events held by G.P.V


    • Bronze SPONSOR - $2,000 +

    (Entire amount due in cash)

    As a Bronze sponsor your company will receive the following: 

  • Placement of your logo on banners (including a small banner near the stage at the Pride Festival), and the G.P.V. website

  • Your logo printed on designated Pride promotional items such as t-shirts and cups

  • A quarter page black and white ad and your logo printed on the sponsor page of the Pride Guide (4,000 copies to be printed)

  • A vendor space


    • Partner in Pride - $1,000 +

    (Entire amount due in cash)

    As a Partner in Pride your company will receive the following:

  • Placement of your logo on a small banner near the stage at the Pride Festival and the G.P.V. website

  • Your logo printed on designated Pride promotional items such as t-shirts and cups

  • Your name printed on the sponsor page of the Pride Guide (4,000 copies to be printed)
